Stock Availability & Bespoke Products

Stock Information & Larger Project Orders

Our B2B website provides live stock availability information across our product range, helping you understand availability while planning your project.

The website will also highlight where products are low in stock.

For standard orders, available inventory can be purchased directly through the website. However, larger project requirements may be handled differently to ensure we can support your order without unnecessarily affecting wider product availability.

Stock Availability

The stock information displayed on the website provides a guide to the current availability of each product.

Where relevant, products will be highlighted as:

  • In stock

  • Low in stock

  • Awaiting further availability

For projects requiring larger quantities, we strongly recommend speaking with your Account Manager before placing the order, particularly where timing or quantity is important to your project.

Your Account Manager may be able to provide additional information including:

  • Current available stock

  • Incoming stock quantities

  • Expected arrival dates

  • Quantity availability

  • Manufacturing options

  • Estimated project lead times

This can provide a much clearer picture than the brief availability information displayed on the website.

Large Quantity Orders

Where you are purchasing a considerable quantity of one specific product, typically 50+ units, your order may be subject to bespoke ordering arrangements.

This does not necessarily mean the product is unavailable.

For substantial quantities, Melody Maison may choose to place a specific manufacturing order for your project, rather than supplying the full quantity from our immediately available inventory.

This allows us to:

  • Protect wider business stock availability

  • Avoid a single project significantly reducing available inventory

  • Secure the full quantity required for your project

  • Better plan manufacturing and delivery around your requirements

Your Account Manager will confirm whether this is required before the order is finalised.

Lead Times for Substantial Volume

Where a specific manufacturing order is required, the standard expected lead time for substantial-volume orders is approximately:

26 Weeks (*subject to change)

This allows for manufacturing, international transportation, receiving and preparation of the products before your project delivery is arranged.

However, not every order of 50+ units will automatically require a six-month lead time.

Depending on the product, current stock levels, incoming inventory and quantity required, we may be able to fulfil some or all of the order considerably sooner.

For this reason, we recommend contacting us directly where your project requires 50+ units of an individual product.

Your Account Manager can review the actual availability and provide a more accurate lead time based on your specific requirements.

Bespoke Products

Bespoke Mirror Service

For selected commercial projects, Melody Maison can offer an entirely bespoke product service for mirrors.

This service is specifically available for mirrors only and can be used where an existing product is suitable in style but needs adapting to better suit the requirements of your project.

Changing Existing Mirror Designs

Depending on the mirror and project requirements, we may be able to manufacture selected existing Melody Maison mirror designs in:

  • Different colours or finishes

  • Different sizes

  • Alternative dimensions suitable for your space

  • Larger quantities manufactured specifically for your project

This can be particularly useful for projects such as hotels, restaurants, property developments, commercial interiors and larger interior design schemes, where consistency across multiple rooms or spaces is important.

Not every mirror can necessarily be adapted in every way, so all bespoke requests will be reviewed individually before approval.

Entirely Bespoke Mirrors

For larger projects, we may also be able to explore a mirror that is considerably different from our existing range.

Where a product requires a new size, finish, design or construction, the project may need to go through a sampling and approval process before mass production begins.

This process allows both you and Melody Maison to review the product before committing to the full manufacturing quantity.

Depending on the project, this may include:

  • Initial design requirements

  • Dimensions and finish confirmation

  • Manufacturer feasibility

  • Sample production

  • Sample review

  • Customer approval

  • Melody Maison quality approval

  • Final mass production

Please Note: Entirely bespoke Mirror orders rqeuire conisderable Minimum Order Quantity. This varies on the extent of bespoke.

Mass production will not begin until the required sample and specification have been approved.

Bespoke Product Lead Times

Bespoke products will generally have longer lead times than products purchased from existing inventory.

The final timeframe will depend on factors such as:

  • Whether an existing product is simply being resized or recoloured

  • Whether a completely new sample is required

  • Quantity required

  • Manufacturing complexity

  • Sample approval times

  • Production scheduling

  • International transportation

Your Account Manager will provide an estimated timeline as part of the bespoke quotation and approval process.

We recommend discussing bespoke requirements as early as possible within your project planning.

Deposits & Production

Bespoke and specifically manufactured orders will require a deposit before mass production can begin.

The required deposit and payment structure will be confirmed as part of your quotation and order documentation.

No bespoke mass-production order will be placed until the required deposit has been received.

Please refer to our Payment Terms for further information regarding deposits and payment requirements.
