Returns that meet these conditions are free of charge, except for:

If your item arrives damaged or imperfect, the Consumer Contracts Regulations (2013) apply.

Goods Returns & Order Cancellations
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations:
-
Your cancellation period begins the moment you place your order, and
-
Ends 14 days after you receive your goods.
If you choose to cancel, you then have a further 14 days from the date you notify us to return the goods.
Important Information About Packaging
We cannot accept returns without the original packaging, and all items must be unused.
If an item is returned in a condition that falls outside these terms, a re-stocking and re-boxing fee of 15% of the product's purchase value will be deducted from your refund.
Melody Maison reserves the right to apply a higher restocking fee if the item is returned in a heavily used condition.
Refunds & Shipping Information
We aim to process refunds within five working days of the item arriving at our warehouse.
Please allow up to 14 days before contacting Customer Services for an update.
Please note:
-
Delivery upgrades such as next-day or day-of-choice services are non-refundable.
-
If you return an item from a multi-product order and the remaining items fall below the £100 free/discounted delivery threshold, the original £4.95 delivery fee will be deducted from your refund.
-
The same applies to customer-choice returns under £100 where shipping was paid: you will be refunded product value only.
Returns Made Easy
For items weighing up to 20kg with packaging not exceeding 61cm x 46cm x 46cm, you can return your parcel via the Post Office using our free Royal Mail returns label.
Please ensure you keep your proof of postage until your refund has been processed.

Courier Collections (Large Items)
For larger items such as dressing tables, chests of drawers, and similar furniture, please contact our Customer Service Team.
We will arrange for our carrier to collect the item from you.
If a collection is missed due to:
-
The customer not being home, or
-
The item not being left in the agreed safe place,
A £10 charge will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of re-booking the collection.
