Important Information About Customs Fees

For orders delivered outside of the UK, please be aware that all customs and import duties, taxes, fees, and any additional charges are the responsibility of the customer - even if the shipment is refused upon delivery.

When ordering for delivery outside the UK:

  • Parcels may be opened and inspected by customs authorities

  • Items may be subject to import duties and taxes, applied when the shipment reaches the destination country

You are responsible for paying any such charges.
We do not have control over these fees, nor can we predict their amount.

If you are unsure about potential charges, we strongly recommend contacting your local customs office before placing your order.

Melody Maison cannot accept responsibility for any customs fees, import taxes, or related charges.

Multiple Item Orders

If you purchase multiple items and one or more of them are on backorder (not currently in stock), your full order will be held until all items are available.

Orders will not be shipped in separate parts unless specifically arranged with Customer Services.

International Orders Paid via Apple Pay

Please note that international orders paid using Apple Pay may require additional postage costs before dispatch can be completed.
