Furniture Delivery
Melody Maison Van Deliveries
Furniture and larger items are delivered by our Melody Maison vans, handled by our own friendly and professional delivery team.

We will always contact you well in advance to arrange a delivery date and time that suits you.
Day-of-Choice Delivery (Furniture & Large Items)
For Day of Choice deliveries, your items will be shipped via our pallet delivery partner.

Drivers are not insured to bring items inside your property

It is the customer’s responsibility to:

Remove items from the pallet

Bring them into the property

Dispose of the pallet

Out of Stock Items
If an item is out of stock, you can still place a reservation online.

The website will display the estimated restock date, including in your checkout basket.

Restock dates may change at short notice, but we will always aim to notify you as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.

Express Delivery
Express Delivery is available for:

Delivery Charges
Small Items
A standard delivery charge of £4.95 (inc. VAT) applies to orders under £100, regardless of how many items are purchased.
(Exclusions apply - please refer to the map for details. These exclusions also apply to any postage or shipping promotions.)
Additional charges for highlighted areas on the map will be calculated at checkout once your postcode is entered.
Large Furniture & Mirrors
Shipping fees for large furniture and mirrors are calculated at checkout based on:

The delivery service selected
If a delivery slot has been confirmed and the customer is unavailable to accept the delivery, an additional re-delivery charge will apply. This fee must be paid before another delivery attempt is arranged.
For all areas highlighted on the map, an additional charge may apply depending on your distance from us. We will contact you regarding your delivery and any extra postage costs that may apply.

International Postage
Orders being delivered to Italy, Spain, France, Germany, the USA, and Australia do not qualify for the £4.95 delivery rate.
Shipping costs to these destinations will be automatically calculated at checkout once you enter your full address, and will be displayed before you make payment.

Incorrect Delivery Address
Please ensure that your delivery address is correct when placing your order and double-check it on the order confirmation email.
If an order is dispatched to an incorrect address due to an error made at checkout, you may be required to pay:

Potential collection charges should the item need to be retrieved.
Click & Collect – Doncaster Warehouse (Ready Within 1 Hour)
You can collect your order from our Doncaster warehouse, usually within 1 hour.
Click & Collect is available Monday–Friday, 10:00am - 4:00pm.
How It Works

Place your order online through our main website.

Wait for an email from us confirming your collection date window and time slot.

When it’s time to collect, visit the Melody Maison Reception:
Unit 2, Lords Wood Road, Harworth, Doncaster, DN11 8BZ -
A member of our team will meet you in reception.

You must provide photographic ID showing the same billing address used on your order so we can verify your identity.

Once verified, your order will be handed over safely.
