We also have a specific Gift category dedicated to special days of the year such as Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Valentines Day and Christmas! These categories are only available during the timeframe of the event, so make sure to keep your eyes peeled for some inspiration!

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

We always try to deliver all items within the shortest time frame possible. However, the length of time your delivery will take depends on several factors; what you orders, where you live and if your order is in stock. We always want our customers to be as informed as possible. That's why you will find the approximate delivery length and the stock level available on all website items. The majority of our giftware collection should make it's way to you within 1-3 working days, however, some items may take longer. If you have any concerns about a gift getting delivered in time, please check the product listing or call our customer service team and we will help you. To help our customers get the most out of their money, we offer free standard shipping on orders over £50 as well as a 200 day returns policy. However, there are exceptions to these rules. For instance, you will only qualify for the 200 day returns if you have kept your original packaging and any damage was reported within 7 days of delivery.
