My only constructive
complaint is dont use the Royal Mail as your courier
they didn't deliver on the arranged day/ time and waited all day and then a day later with no time mentionedof deliver.

I must admit I buy many things on line and can honestly say Melody Maison are one of the most efficient companies I have ever dealt with. Beautiful mirror and great service. The first mirror I ordered had clearly been badly handled by the courier, despite being clearly marked as fragile and mirror, and was cracked. A phone call and photo to melody maison resulted in another being despatched immediately. Can't fault the customer service. Can't say the same for some couriers!
