I had previously left a 4 star review for the 2 bedside tables and chest of drawers since we had to enlarge the holes in a section of the chest of drawers where they didn't line up. I did say that it wasn't an issue and that the units were excellent and sturdy. You can imagine my surprise when Emma in Customer services called me on my mobile - yes, an actual person - to see if there was anything she could do to resolve the issue, including sending a replacement chest of drawers. This was so unexpected and I was blown away by the standard of customer service - particularly since it was a minor issue in the overall scheme of things. The large retailers could certainly take advice from Melody Maison on how to keep clients happy. I have just done a makeover on the new build master bedroom for my clients today which is why there is a bit of a delay in doing a new (and upgraded) review. My clients were particularly delighted with the side tables and chest of drawers which they said were very classy and elegant. I will definitely use Melody Maison for the clients next room. Many thanks for a great experience

Great small bin used as an office waste basket, beautiful hammered finish with polished gold colour, is made of sturdy and thick metal that has a good weight to it but isn't heavy.
