Key Terms & Conditions to Redeem the Rewards

This is a summary of the key terms & conditions of Melody Maisons Refer-a-friend program. 

Please read these Terms & Conditions thoroughly before joining the program. 

Referrer Rewards

• The referrer is offered £10 credit subject to a £75 minimum spend for each friend who orders for the first time. Customers will be required to make an account during checkout to use the code. Ensuring they can only use the code once.
• The refer-a-friend can be shared for 12 months from the date of acceptance into the refer-a-friend scheme by the referrer. Once these 12 months have passed, your code will be invalid and a new code will be created for the referrer to share. You’ll be emailed a copy of your code & your code will also be added to your account.
• In order for the referral to qualify for the reward the referred friend must be a new customer to Melody Maison, over the age of 18 and the referred friend must meet the conditions of their reward.
• There is no requirement for the referrer to be an existing Melody Maison customer. The referrer must be an account holder to be part of the scheme.
• In order to share this offer the referrer must be over the age of 18.
• Rewards will be cumulative and so if multiple qualifying referrals are made to Melody Maison, multiple rewards will be credited to the referrer’s account. However, the referrer can cash out up to £100 of refer-a-friend credit per order, regardless of how much credit they have credited to their account. The referrers allowed credit order is capped at £100 per order.
• Referrer’s are not allowed to post their code on discount code websites or referral code websites. Any referrer that is found to have shared their codes on websites of this nature will be disqualified from the programme and any credit they have credited to their account will be removed. 
• Rewards will be delivered to the referrer 14 days after the referred friend's purchase being delivered. If the referred friend returns their item, the credit will be removed from the referrers account. If the referred friend returns part of their order which drops the order total below the £75 minimum spend the credit will be revoked from the referees account & referees order.
• The Referrer will be notified by email once a referred friend has made a confirmed purchased and the earned credit is in the referrers account.
• Referral rewards cannot be used or combined with other discount codes in a single order.
• If you have cashed out a portion of your refer-a-friend credit, you can cancel and reinstate the amount back into your refer-a-friend credit total.
• Once you cash out any credit from your refer-a-friend account to a coupon code, codes will expire 1 years from the creation date if unused.
• Orders with referral credit will still receive the FREE SHIPPING discount available to all customers on orders over £100.
• Melody Maison reserves the right to refuse the issue of any reward to any Referred Friend or Referrer at any time.
• Melody Maison reserves the right to vary any and all elements of this offer at any time without notice.
• Melody Maison reserves the right to cancel any credit to refuse any rewards or to remove any referrers/referees at any time for any reason.
• Offer will not be valid on gift vouchers.
• There is no cash alternative to the refer credit.

Referred Friend Rewards

• The Referred friend is offered £10 off when they place their first order subject to a £75 minimum spend, only when using the referrers code.
• The reward is valid from the point of issue to the referred friend. This will become invalid after 12 months once the referral code has run out. 
• In order to qualify for the reward the referred friend must be a new customer to Melody Maison and over the age of 18.
• Any rewards will be revoked if a refund is requested on the order for which the reward was offered.
• The Referred friend reward cannot be claimed by the same person making the referral.
• Referred friend rewards cannot be combined with other discount codes in a single order.
• Offer will not be valid on gift vouchers.
• There is no cash alternative to the refer credit.
