What is Express Delivery?

By using our Express Delivery option your order will arrive within 24-48 hours after your order has been placed. As long as your order is placed before our 3pm cut off. Alternatively, if you would prefer your order to be delivered on a specific day, you can choose your preferred day from the delivery options, please choose ‘Day of Choice’ which will charge you the same as Express Delivery.

Is there a minimum order value needed to qualify for Express Delivery?

There is a minimum order value of £50 to qualify for Express Delivery.

What is the cut off time for Express Delivery?

You must have placed your order before 3pm for your order to arrive within 24-48 hours.  

How much is Express Delivery?

Express Delivery is from £4.95 when your order value is over £100, and from £9.95 when under £100. Some products and areas require specialised couriers to deliver your item safely and may charge more. These charges can be found in the product details or when calculated at checkout.

Are all items available for Express Delivery?

Not all items are available for the Express Delivery option. Larger items like Wardrobes or Extra Large Mirrors will not qualify for this delivery option, as they are too large to use this service. If your item does not qualify for Express Delivery, the delivery option will say not available on the item's delivery drop down and at the basket when choosing a delivery method you need. 

Express Delivery is not available on Out Of Stock items.

Is Express Delivery available everywhere?

Express Delivery is only available for customers located in the United Kingdom. Any overseas orders (including Northern Ireland) will not be offered this service. Areas where next day delivery is unavailable the next available date will be visible during checkout. Some areas require specialised couriers to deliver your item safely and may charge more. These charges can be found in the product details or when calculated at checkout

Do all items in my basket have to qualify for Express Delivery for me to choose this delivery option?

Yes, all items in your basket must qualify for Express Delivery in order for you to choose this option.

For example, if you add 3 items to your basket, but only two of the items qualify, you will not be able to select Express Delivery.
